What we think you should know ! even though its boring (Also known as T&Cs)

Dynamic venture is a progressive outdoor enthusiasts shop. We look for new innovations and improvements in equipment so we can offer you a great range of products.

We hold a core range of products for your conveniance but also have a larger extended range available to order. We believe in being able to get your exact needs. For example kayak paddles where shaft length & feather is so important.

On some larger products where we have to order in specifically, we prefer to add it into our next order to keep the shipping costs down and keep the savings to you. For items that cannot wait we may have to apply a small surcharge to cover additional shipping costs.

Shipping will be arranged as soon as feasibly possibly – we use a multitude of sources to ensure the cost is competitive and kept as low as possible. Dynamic venture accepts no responsibility in shipping delays, we will of course chase & liase to help resolve delays.

Please inspect all products at point of delivery & do not accept any product obviously damaged in transit. Do not sign item unchecked and if possible take a photo of the damaged product and send it onto us.

Payment will be through Paypal which can be either accessed via your account or we can email a paypal invoice to you directly which only requires you to use your debit / credit card on a secure site. We accept personal cheques but will require them to clear before shipping the goods. We of course take cash and can arrange to meet sometimes at conveniant locations as we paddle or travel through areas.

Pricing we strive to bring prices as low as possible but reserve the right to change our prices when factors dictate i.e. VAT changes, Shipping costs etc

Privacy – Dynamic venture does not pass on details to third parties. we hold a secure record of sales and from time to time may e-mail you with offers. If you do not wish to be contacted – please email us and we will remove you from the email list

Dynamic venture will consider trade ins against certain items, age condtion,  current market demand and resale price will all be reflected on the value given. Please contact us to see what we can do.

We will happily accept returns on orders ordered online as long as they are unused, in their packaging with tags and you will need to cover the return shipping cost. There is a maximum limit of 30 days from purchase date and all returns will need to be agreed with us prior to sending.

Your statuatory rights are reserved but given the nature of the products we sell and their abrasive useage we reserve the right to refer all warranty / breakage claims to the manufacturer. In consulatation with the manufacturer we reserve the right to offer repair or replacement or refund in that order. The manufacturers decision is final if they feel the product has been used outside its reasonble use and is not a warranty issue we reserve the right to refuse repair, replacement or refund.
